2. What data is processed
This website has no user account and stores no account data. What's processed: technically necessary cookies, plus optional ones you've consented to in the cookie banner; IP addresses (used only for rate limiting and security logging); and, if you use the contact form, your name, email address, and message.
3. Why it is processed
To run and secure lpj.app technically (rate limiting, abuse prevention), to honor your cookie preferences, and to respond to contact form inquiries. Your data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
4. Who else sees it
To run the service, the operator may use processors under data processing agreements, such as an email provider to deliver contact form inquiries, or an analytics provider if you've consented to the relevant cookies.
5. How long it is kept
Data submitted through the contact form is kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry. Security and access logs are kept for a limited period for abuse prevention before being purged. Cookies persist per the durations stated in the cookie banner or your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact the operator at the address in the Imprint.
